Spring is in the Air (29)

The past two days have been absolutely gorgeous, and despite my terrible allergies, I've been trying to spend as much time as possible outside enjoying it!  The school's campus is beautiful, and in a couple of weeks, I'll be back home which, although it has its well-kept secrets, is not as lovely.
Today, I spent most of my time out on the quad (albeit, working on class work.  But at least I was outside) when I wasn't in the quad or in direct need of the internet/printer.

This quote is written on the wall at the front entrance to the Communications building at my school, and I love it!  It's been there for a couple of days now, and today I finally took my camera with me to class so that I could get a photo.  (My opinion may be biased because of my love of the Beatles....but that's okay, right?)
This is a photo which I've been wanting to take all semester, and for some reason never got around to.  But today, my friends and I were sitting in the quad right next to it, and it seemed like the perfect opportunity to run over (barefoot) and take a few pictures.
And this right here is the tree who's shade I sat under for a few hours of my day today, working on Italian homework with friends. :)  Pretty, right?  The building behind it is where I'll be spending a large portion of the next three years of my life, and also houses the "bells" which play Here Comes the Sun in the Spring, and the bells every hour throughout the day.

So how about you, loves?  Did you enjoy the weather today?

  1. I'll have to take a look at that... I love seeing cheerful stuff. It makes me want to buy my own chalk and write stuff.

This weather is a little too hot for me, but I love enjoying things outside.

  4. I love it too, Kelly! The Beatles are one of my favorite bands, and that's just such a great quote!
People tend to leave chalk messages around campus a lot. At least that's my experience over the past year :)
